JUST IN: Gunmen Invade Oyedepo’s Church, Abduct Members





Unknown gunmen suspected to be bandits have attacked a branch of Living Faith Church Worldwide at Osara community, 
along Lokoja-Okene road in Adavi Local Government Council of Kogi State. 

It was gathered that the kidnappers, who invaded the church premises when some of its members were rehearsing during the weekend, abducted at least three members. The assailants were said to have stormed the area, shooting sporadically to scare away interveners before whisking the victims to an unknown destination....

The Gambia Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) is calling on people to report individuals involved in illegal fuel trade amid the rise in fire outbreaks.  The regulatory body’s call comes after a  fire incident near Petro Gas station in Brikama which led to destruction of properties in the vicinity. No casualty has been reported yet. “The Gambia Public Utilities Regulatory Authority implores on the public to report any individual involved in illegal fuel trade amidst the rise in fire outbreak resulting from illegal fuel vending. “The public is therefore cautioned to refrain from this illegal trade, especially in residential areas, because its consequences are fatal,” PURA said in a statement. “Anyone caught in this clandestinely illicit business will be dealt with in accordance with the law. “Similarly, PURA calls on the property owners to support the Authority in this crusade for the greater good of the public, by not renting out stalls for such busine...
